May is Coeliac Awareness Month, and just because you have a gluten intolerance, it doesn't mean you have to sacrifice delicious food.
Dublin's Glas Restaurant is winning for the month that's in it, with an entirely gluten-free menu for you to explore.
Established in 2019, Glas became Ireland's first fully gluten-free fine-dining restaurant in 2024. That's not something to turn up your nose at!

The starters menu includes Cured Turnip, Spinach Croquette, Cauliflower Parfait, and Roast Spring Cabbage.
Mains include Tenderstem Broccoli Tempura (wow), Grilled Kohlrabi, Charred Radishes, and Confit King Oyster Mushroom.
It'd be rude then to skip dessert, which comes in the form of Honey Baklava, Elderflower Panna Cotta, White Asparagus Alfajores, and who can resist a good, old-fashioned Cheese Plate?

At Glas, a two-course meal will set you back just €48, and if you spring for three courses, that's €54. That's a bargain for great food in our books.
