Dalymount Park is set to welcome some of Ireland's most popular musicians as they bid farewell.

The concerts will celebrate the rich legacy of the historic venue. Performers set to take to the stage this September include Annie Mac; Carlos O'Connell, Conor Curley and Tom Coll of Fontaines D.C.; John Francis Flynn; Bricknasty; Paul Page of Whipping Boy; Brian Brannigan of A Lazarus Soul; Gemma Dunleavy; THEATRE; and the legendary Johnny Logan, with more acts still to be announced.

The series of gigs is set to take place in September ahead of the football ground's closure for redevelopment.

The Last Days of Dalymount will take place from Thursday 10th to Sunday 13th September, and aims to showcase multiple generations of artists and the breadth of Irish music, while celebrating Dublin's musical and cultural heritage.”

Chief Commercial Officer, Bohemian Football Club, Daniel Lambert said according to RTE: "Millions of people have passed through the turnstiles of Dalymount. They've come for football, local matches, European ties, internationals and cup finals. They've come for music, from Marley and Lynott, to punk gigs and Palestinian solidarity events. They've come to see famous stuntmen of the past, and to witness boxing, mock battles and even plays."

"But ultimately, they've come for human connection. With just a handful of sold-out games left, this gives the people of Dublin a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the famous old stadium one last time under the floodlights," he continued.

Dalymount Park has been Bohemian FC's home since its opening in 1901. Through the years, they have seen huge names headline at the venue. Thin Lizzy played the venue in 1977, while Bob Marley & The Wailers performed their only Irish concert there in July 1980.

Recently, they have welcomed Kneecap, Greta Thunberg, Bobby Gillespie of Primal Scream and Northern Irish DJ David Holmes.
