Quinn's of Drumcondra

Plans are now in place to demolish one of Drumcondra’s and even Dublin’s better-known pubs.

Quinn’s of Drumcondra, by virtue of its proximity to Croke Park is a well known joint, but now the old public house is set to make way for apartments.

Developers are seeking planning permission to build 50 apartments in the area, most of which will be one-bed units.

BlackBee Investments bought Quinn’s last year in a bid to supplement its plans to develop student accommodation on the northside.

The project will include a roof garden. The public has until March 15th to raise any concerns about the development.
