Dublin’s newest pizza hotspot opened its doors this week.
Foodies flocked to South William Street for a first taste of Little Slice.
New York-style pizza, feel-good tunes and a buzzing crowd set the scene for Little Slice’s highly anticipated launch.

Among those spotted in attendance were Faye Louise Brennan, Chris Connolly, Caoimhe Kenny, Romy Devlin and Ben Sun.
Behind the buzz is a collaboration bringing together two pizza specialists with a shared passion for authentic New York-style pizza.
World-class pizzaiolo Federico Rapali has joined forces with New York pizza expert André Grande to bring a taste of the Big Apple to the heart of Dublin.

The menu is focused on quality ingredients, carefully developed dough and bold flavours.
The process begins long before the pizza reaches the oven, with dough slowly fermented for up to 72 hours before being expertly proofed and baked to achieve Little Slice’s signature texture: a crisp base with a light, airy interior.
Tomatoes imported directly from Italy and carefully selected ingredients form the foundation of the menu, which combines classic New York pizza character with standout creations designed to make an impression.

Among the highlights are the New York favourite Burrata Pizza and André Grande’s own signature creation Pizza Nostra.
While the launch-night crowds were drawn in by the atmosphere and the promise of great pizza, value is another part of Little Slice’s appeal.
With its focus on generous, flavour-packed slices and an authentic New York-style experience, the new opening aims to offer Dubliners an accessible way to enjoy a taste of New York without leaving the city.

As Dublin’s appetite for exciting food spots continues to grow, Little Slice is looking to carve out its own place on the capital’s dining scene.
And if the opening-night excitement is anything to go by, South William Street may have a new go-to destination for pizza lovers.
