Ireland’s first major event dedicated entirely to men’s health, science and wellness is set to arrive in Dublin this spring. Future Men’s Health is launching at the RDS on March 21–22, 2026.
The two-day event will bring together leading doctors, scientists and wellbeing experts for a science-led, immersive experience aimed at helping men take proactive control of their health, energy and long-term wellbeing. Organisers say the event has been designed to open up conversations around men’s physical, mental and emotional health — areas that have traditionally received far less public focus.

Targeted primarily at men aged 30 to 60, Future Men’s Health will cover a wide range of topics, including heart health, hormones, mental fitness, preventative care, nutrition, biohacking and smart ageing strategies. The programme blends expert insight with practical takeaways, focusing on changes men can realistically implement in everyday life.
Across the weekend, attendees can expect expert-led panel discussions featuring top doctors, scientists and sports personalities, alongside TED-style keynote talks delivering actionable insights. The event will also host immersive workshops centred on mindset, fitness and performance, as well as cutting-edge exhibitors showcasing developments in health technology, supplements and wellness innovation.
More than 1,500 attendees per day are expected at the debut event, reflecting growing interest in preventative health and longevity. Organisers say the goal is not just to stage a one-off event, but to spark a broader national movement around men’s wellbeing — similar to the progress made in recent years in women’s health awareness.
Future Men’s Health is produced by Irish sisters Liz and Nikki Dwyer, the team behind Future Beauty & Health and the Future Fertility Show. Their latest venture represents a significant expansion into men’s science-led wellness, with a strong emphasis on accessibility, evidence-based information and real-world application.

Speaking ahead of the launch, Liz Dwyer said the event is about encouraging men to take action earlier rather than waiting for health issues to arise. From improving sleep and energy levels to optimising focus and overall performance, the event aims to equip attendees with tools that support long-term wellbeing.
Future Men’s Health will run from 10:30am to 4:00pm on both days at the RDS, Dublin, with tickets available from €29.
