For the first time since they announced their reunion tour, Oasis' Noel and Liam Gallagher have been pictured together.
The tour which kicks off on July 4, will see the band perform at Manchester's Heaton Park, Cardiff's Principality Stadium, Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium, and London's Wembley Stadium. They will also play two live shows at Dublin's Croke Park in August.
The full line up for this tour was also confirmed, which will include Paul Bonehead Arthurs, Andy Bell, Gem Archer and Joey Waronker, along with the Gallagher brothers. More on this from Nova here.
This tour marks the first time that the band will reunite since their acrimonious split following a backstage brawl between Noel and Liam in Paris in 2009. Afterwards, Noel said that he "simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer".
But now, the brothers have seemingly mended fences, after being photographed together to launch a new partnership with Adidas ahead of this World Tour.
It was also confirmed that singer Richard Ashcroft would open for Oasis at these reunion shows.
In a previous interview, Ashcroft said that he told Noel Gallagher that he was the best person to open for the band at these shows.
“I said to Noel, ‘You know, I think I’m the only person who could go in this slot. Especially for a huge outdoor show, because everyone wants you lot. And unless you’re coming with something, unless you’ve got something to offer, I don’t know what’s gonna happen’", Ashcroft said. More on this from Nova here.
