Liam Gallagher has confirmed that Oasis will not tour again until 2027 at the earliest, shutting down growing speculation among fans hoping for a return to the stage next year.
The frontman was responding to a wave of questions on social media about when the band might next hit the road. Asked directly about potential 2026 tour dates, Gallagher ruled the idea out immediately, telling one fan: “We’re not doing anything in 2026 sorry.” When another follower pressed him about a possible Knebworth appearance, he added: “Nothing going on next year except the WC (World Cup).”

Rumours of a major 2026 comeback had intensified in recent weeks, particularly after an Oasis fan group suggested that bookmakers had the band “odds-on at 1/2” to play Knebworth. Gallagher dismissed the claims outright, responding: “ITS NOT HAPPENING.”

When asked again about the likelihood of future live dates, Gallagher doubled down — but with his usual tongue-in-cheek delivery. “I don’t have snizzle to do until 2027 I mean happy Christmas,” he joked, hinting that fans will be waiting a while longer before any official announcements materialise.
While hopes of an earlier reunion appear firmly shut down, Gallagher’s comments suggest that 2027 remains the earliest window for any potential Oasis return — keeping long-running reunion speculation alive, but firmly on pause for now.
