As they begin rehearsals for their much anticipated reunion shows, Liam Gallagher has described reuniting with his brother and Oasis bandmate Noel as "spiritual".
The band are to return with a run of shows in the UK and Ireland, including shows at Dublin's Croke Park in August.
This line will see the Gallagher brothers perform on stage with guitarists Gem Archer and Paul Bonehead Arthurs, as well as bassist Andy Bell and drummer Joey Waronker. See all tour dates here.
Taking to X, Liam Gallagher offered an insight into how the rehearsals were coming along.
"We have LIFT OFF Rastas", he said, adding that it "sounded f****** FILTHY I'll tell thee that there for hardly anything".
When asked by a fan if he was nervous, Gallagher replied: "Don't be ridiculous".
Another fan asked him: "How was it rehearsing as Oasis again", to which Gallagher responded with a single word: "SPIRITUAL". He also used the word "BIBLICAL" in reply to another fan.
When asked by another person if reuniting with his old bandmates and brother Noel was emotional, Liam stated: "No time to get emotional we have a lot of catching up to do".
A few days later Gallagher added: "Oasis rehearsals get more coverage than most bands tours s*** c****".
Back in April, Gallagher revealed that he spent a "BIBLICAL Easter Sunday" with his brother Noel, and nephews. More on this from Nova here.
Last week, Richard Ashcroft claimed that he told Noel Gallagher that he was "the only person" who could open for Oasis at their much anticipated reunion shows. Ashcroft, former frontman for The Verve, will open for Oasis at these shows. More on this here.
