A new documentary which has been inspired by U2's 'Yours Eternally' from their new EP, has been released.

The track, which arrived on the band's EP, 'Days Of Ash' last week, has now been accompanied by a special short documentary, which has been directed by Ukrainian cinematographer and filmmaker, Ilya Mikhaylus, and produced by Pyotr Verzilov.

Maksym Serdiuk and Artem Hryhporian will also serve as executive producers.

It was released today, February 24, marking exactly four years to the day that Russia invaded Ukraine.

The film, which was shot in December last year, runs for 4 and a half minutes, and captures the incredible lives of soldiers from the Khartiya Corps as they fight on the frontlines of the war along the Kharkiv region. It is part of a full-scale documentary which will be released at the end of this year.

Speaking about the documentary, Ilya Mikhaylys said:  “For four years, Ukraine has been resisting Russia’s full-scale invasion, and the soldiers of the Khartiya Corps are among the hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians defending their homeland. In this short film, and in the upcoming full-length documentary, we attempt to show the beating human heart of those incredible men and women, the struggles and sacrifices they are making everyday for the most sacred thing on this planet - freedom”.
