Two people have been arrested following a serious assault at a home in Clondalkin in Dublin yesterday afternoon.
The incident happened at Kilcronan View at around half 12.
A man in his 20s and a teenage boy were arrested this morning and are being questioned at a Dublin Garda Station.
The man in his 20s who was injured in the incident remains in Tallaght Hospital.
Yesterday a garda spokeswoman said: "Gardai responded to reports of a serious assault that had occurred at a residence in Kilcronan View, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 at approximately 12:30pm this afternoon, Friday 9th May 2025. One male (20s) was brought to Tallaght University Hospital for the treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
"Gardai are appealing to anyone with any information relating to this incident to please come forward. Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling in the area this morning are asked to make this footage available to investigating Gardai.
