Earlier this week, Bob Dylan performed a cover of The Pogues' 'A Rainy Night In Soho' for the first time, as well as treating fans to a live rendition of 'Mr Tambourine Man'. You can check out both performances below.

On Tuesday (May 13), Dylan was in Phoenix for Willie Nelson's 'Outlaw Music Festival Tour', which he co headlined alongside the country music legend.

While on stage, Bob Dylan finished of a 13 song set with a live showing of 'A Rainy Night In Soho', the first time he has covered this track.

Prior to this, Dylan performed his hit song, 'Mr Tambourine Man', the first time he has performed this track live in 15 years. The music legend had already treated the audience to live performances of 'It Takes A Lot To Laugh, It Takes A Train To Cry', the first time he played the latter since 2010.

Check out Dylan's live covers of 'A Rainy Night In Soho' and 'Mr Tambourine Man' below.

Back in 2004, David Bowie came close to a collaboration with Bob Dylan, with Bowie revealing at the time: “Me and Dylan, we were going to do a duet thing at one time... we got it in our heads that we could do it a duet, like a Simon & Garfunkel thing, but in the next morning, I didn’t hear another word from him".

More on this from Nova here.

Back in March, Bob Dylan's biopic, A Complete Unknown, starring Timothée Chlamet, missed out on an Oscar's win, despite receiving eight nominations. More on this here.
