A star studded corporate Christmas Party saw Bruno Mars, Slash, Yungblud, Eddie Vedder and Anthony Kiedis join up to cover classic rock songs.

This show, which took place last Thursday (December 11) at New York's Capitol Theatre, was organised for the holding company, Eldridge Industries, who held the party for their employees. It also saw some of the world's biggest names in the music world perform a wide variety of covers together.

The night saw Guns N'Roses pair Duff McKagan and Slash perform with producer Andrew Watt joined on stage by various vocalists, as they played a 24 song setlist featuring tracks from Led Zeppelin, Queen and Motorhead and others.  Slash, McKagan and Watt joined up as a band called 'The Dirty Bats' for the night.

The Dirty Bats were joined by Red Hot Chili Peppers' Anthony Kiedes to cover Motorhead's 'Ace Of Spades', Black Flag's 'Nervous Breakdown', Iggy And The Stooges' 'Search And Destroy',  as well as The Allman Brothers Band’s ‘Whipping Post’ and Sly & the Family Stone’s ‘If You Want Me to Stay’, a track which Chili Peppers had covered in the 1980s.

Elsewhere, Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder performed some of his classic songs, 'Corduroy', 'Wishlist', and 'Better Man', as well as covering The Rolling Stones, Brinsley Schwarz and Dead Boys.

At the end, Bruno Mars covered Led Zeppelin’s ‘Whole Lotta Love’, The Police’s ‘Roxanne’, Michael Jackson’s ‘Dirty Diana’, Jimi Hendrix‘s ‘Fire’, and Nirvana’s ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit’.

Back in October, Slash teased a new Guns N'Roses album, saying it is "coming because everybody is thinking about it". More on this from Nova here.
