Home Alone fans are in for an early Christmas treat after the first Dublin date sold out in minutes, Home Alone in Concert has added a second 3Arena show on Monday, 21 December 2026.
Demand for the original Sunday, 20 December performance saw tickets sell quickly, prompting organisers to add another night complete with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra, the Dublin Gospel Choir, and a live conversation with Macaulay Culkin, joining from Los Angeles.
Audiences will watch the full film while John Williams’ iconic, Oscar‑nominated score is performed live to picture, from the instantly recognisable opening notes to the beloved Somewhere in My Memory. It’s a chance to see the Christmas classic in a whole new way, with the music adding a spectacular emotional punch.
And the festive magic doesn’t end when the credits roll. Macaulay Culkin will beam in live from LA for an exclusive on‑stage conversation moderated by Ruth Scott, sharing behind‑the‑scenes stories, memories from filming, and what it was really like bringing Kevin McCallister to life.
