Ryan Tubridy has said he is 'looking forward to a very busy 2027' as he confirms he is set to become a dad again.
The former RTÉ star announced he was expecting his first child with wife Clare Kambamettu early next year. The host is dad to grown-up daughters Ella and Julia, whom he shares with his ex-wife Anne Marie Power.
Sharing a new picture of the happy couple while holidaying in Connemara, Ryan opened up about welcoming their new addition next year.

The 53-year-old said: 'Thank you for the kind and thoughtful well wishes about our impending arrival, they mean a lot. We’re beyond excited and looking forward to a very busy 2027…Onwards!'
Famous faces rushed to congratulate Ryan and Clare - who tied the knot in Connemara in December 2025 - on their news.
Miriam O'Callaghan wrote: 'It’s wonderful news @instatubridy - thrilled for you both. ❤️❤️❤️'
Victoria Smurfit said: 'Congratulations buddy! Ain’t that just lovely news ❤️,' while Dermot Bannon wrote: 'Congratulations guys, delighted for you ❤️'

And Amy Huberman said: 'Huge congratulations to you both, so exciting! X'
We previously revealed that the couple are due their first baby together 'early in the New Year' and Clare is 'doing great' but they want to keep it private.
The baby will be a sibling for Ryan's two daughters who are aged 27 and 21 and the presenter looked to be in great spirits celebrating with a pint in Connemara on Saturday night.

Speaking previously about Clare, Ryan told Kathryn Thomas on her podcast: 'If you met Clare, you'll know why. I tell you what, I'll be honest with you, I keep a lot to myself. I don't share too much. If you met Clare, you'll know why.
Life is not linear, and when someone is there for all the bits, the good bits, the bad bits, the ups, the downs, the highs, the lows, and doesn't waver, how could you not want to have that person in your life forever?,' Ryan gushed.
'I don't want to overdo it and be that person boring everyone about how happy they are, but it's just a lovely twist in the tale, and it makes perfect sense.'
Baby joy for Ryan Tubridy and wife Clare as they're expecting their first child
