Three Men Arrested Following Dublin Robbery

Three men have been arrested following a robbery in Dublin yesterday.  Three masked men carrying knives entered a pharmacy on the Greendale Road in Kilbarrack shortly before 6 o’ clock yesterday evening. They threatened staff and demanded money and drugs.

Two of the men were arrested at the scene while a third man was arrested a  short distance away after attempting to escape. The men aged in their 30s and one in his 20s are being held at Raheny and Clontarf Garda Stations under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

Meanwhile,

Two men remain in a stable condition in St. James’s hospital this afternoon after being shot in Dublin. It happened just before 10 o’clock last night on the South Circular Road, near the National Stadium.

Gardai are appealing for witnesses to the shooting, which happened as the juvenile boxing championships were held. The man in his 40s was injured in the leg, the man in his 20s suffered an injury to his hand.
