Bohs Barry at Dalymount Park

GIMMIE A B!!

Barry Lenihan is a man that has become part of the furniture at Dalymount Park, home of Bohemians.

Such is his legendary status, Barry is known to fans all across the SSE Airtricity League, not just the Bohs.

Home and away, Barry can be heard getting the crowd going, with his infamous GIMMIE a B, GIMMIE an O, GIMMIE a H, GIMMIE an S.

On Friday night as he usually does, Barry hit the road to follow his beloved Bohs, all the way to the Ryan McBride Brandywell to see them face Derry City.

The match was a scoreless draw with Declan Devine’s team still very much in touching distance of those ahead of them in the league table.

One of the other things Barry has become famous for is his half-time penalties. It used to be a thing only reserved for home matches. Lately his penalty kicks have been taken in most away grounds.

Barry was not left disappointed by the great staff at the Brandywell and his penalty was picked up by the RTE cameras.

Barry’s night did not stop at full-time. The Bohs legend wanted to take to the town and club member Paul Dwyer captured him living his best life.

It is safe to say Barry is loved by all at Bohs. The club recently in partnership with club sponsors MG Motors, put together a touching video following him on match night exploits.

Never change Barry! A true Bohs and League of Ireland legend!
