Coldplay made history by becoming the first music act to play live at Stanford Stadium.
Last weekend saw the stadium, better known for hosting college football matches, open its doors to live music for the first time, as Chris Martin and co launched their 2025 North American leg of their record breaking tour, Music Of The Spheres.
For their first of two live shows which took place last Saturday (May 31), Coldplay treated the fans to live covers of 'Moon Music', “Yellow”, “Viva La Vida”, “Paradise”, “Fix You”, “The Scientist”, “A Sky Full Of Stars” and many more.
Both shows which were supported by Willow and Elyanna, also featured Coldplay's traditional visuals, LED wristbands, confetti bursts, lasers, and fireworks lighting up the venue in spectacular fashion.
Back in April, South Korean girl group TWICE, shared a new remix of Coldplay's track, 'We Pray'. The track features on the band's album 'Moon Music', and the new mix is available on all streaming platforms.
This live performance of the track took place on stage at Coldplay's show in Goyang-si, South Korea, as part of the Asian leg of their 'Music Of The Spheres' tour, with TWICE serving as the opening act. More on this from Nova here.
