DroneArt Show is set to return to Dublin this May, bringing a striking fusion of classical music and cutting-edge drone technology to the capital for two exclusive nights.

Taking place on 1 and 2 May at Leopardstown Racecourse, the open-air spectacle will feature more than 1,200 synchronized illuminated drones choreographed to live performances of classical masterpieces. The event, titled DroneArt Show: Four Seasons, follows a successful run in Dublin last summer and international performances in cities including Philadelphia, Bordeaux, Detroit, Chicago and Perth.

The immersive experience combines a live string quartet with large-scale aerial visuals, transforming the night sky into a moving canvas. Audiences can expect iconic works such as Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons and Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake, accompanied by drone formations depicting blooming flowers, swans, and constellations, all timed precisely to the music.

Adding to the atmosphere, thousands of candles will illuminate the venue, creating what organisers describe as an intimate and ethereal setting under the stars. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy sunset views and onsite food and drink offerings before the performance begins.

The event is presented by Fever, a global platform focused on live entertainment and cultural discovery.

“We’re thrilled to bring this spectacular experience back to Ireland after touring the world,” said Olivia Greenwood, Senior Project Manager at Fever. “Last year’s success highlighted the Irish audience’s appetite for the powerful connection between music and technology that the DroneArt Show brings to life.”

The show aims to push the boundaries of live performance by merging traditional music with innovative visual storytelling, offering a multisensory experience designed to appeal to audiences of all ages.

Doors open at 7:30pm, with the performance beginning at 9:30pm. The show runs for approximately 65 minutes. Tickets are available through the Fever app and the event’s official website.
