Gardaí are appealing for help in finding a missing baby and her grandfather in Dublin. They were last seen on Thursday afternoon.
18-month old Shania Constantin and 36 year-old Condrut Iosca were last seen as they drove away from the North Circular Road, Phibsborough on Thursday.
It is believed Mr. Ioscu was driving a red van at the time. He lives in Blanchardstown, and Shania has dark brown eyes and very little hair.
Mr. Iosca is described as 5 foot 9 in height, with black hair, brown eyes and is of medium build. Gardaí are concerned for Shania and anyone who can help in the search is asked to contact Gardaí.
