The 27-year-old went missing in Dublin after attending a David Bowie concert with her friend.
After the concert the pair made their way to La Mirage Discotheque on Parnell street, where they met up with 2 other male friends.
Antoinette was last seen at the taxi rank on O'Connell street where they all parted ways.
Antoinette never came home that night and was reported missing to Gardaí by her husband.
She remained missing until her remains were found on Glendoo Mountain 9 months later.
Antoinette was a mother of two little girls. Lisa and Rachel were only 4 and 7 years old when their mother disappeared.
Detective Inspector Seamus Ryan has said:
"We feel that someone out there does know something and who is to say over the intervening years allegiances may have changed and people's point of view may have differed somewhat.
"That is why we urge the public to come forward this time."
