Liam Gallagher has revealed that he turned down the chance to appear on The Celebrity Traitors, insisting he's "Not a celebrity".
The Oasis musician made the admission after a fan suggested on social media that he would be a perfect addition to the celebrity edition of the popular reality competition.
Responding on X, Gallagher said he had already been approached about taking part but decided against it, writing: "I've been asked it’s not my thing I’m not a celebrity."

Hosted by Claudia Winkleman, The Celebrity Traitors sees famous faces enter a castle where they compete in challenges while trying to identify a secret group of contestants known as the "traitors". The traitors work behind the scenes to eliminate players from the game, while the remaining "faithfuls" attempt to expose them before the final.
The format has become a huge success, with the latest celebrity series attracting record viewing figures. The current season features a number of well-known names, including Irish comedian Joanne McNally, presenter Maya Jama, actor Richard E. Grant, Michael Sheen and singer James Blunt.
