A man has been arrested on suspicion of trying to steal a car from outside a house in Dublin.
The driver, a woman in her twenties, was threatened out of the car in Finglas early yesterday morning.
The suspect, also in his twenties, was then forced from the car by neighbours who rushed to help.
The man ran from the scene, and a suspect was later arrested at a shop in Charlestown and taken to Blanchardstown Garda Station for questioning.
