Owners of a famed pizza truck located in Dublin have appealed to the public after their business was targeted in a burglary.
Deano’s Wood Fired Pizza, located in the Walkinstown area, is the latest food business to be targeted.
The incident, which happened on Sunday night, saw thieves ‘smash’ the truck’s CCTV cameras and the ‘unit ransacked.’

Taking to Instragram to show the damage done, the owners wrote: ‘Unfortunately we are another target for the recent robberies in Dublin.
‘Last night our CCTV camera was smashed, they ransacked the unit & the cash in our till was taken.
‘This is so disheartening for a small business like ours at this time of year.’
The business appealed to anyone who had been in the Walkinstown area in the early hours of Monday morning who noticed anything suspicious to let them or Gardai know.’
Social media users took to the comments to show their support, with 2FM broadcaster Carl Mullan writing: ‘Ah jesus I’m so sorry to hear this man.’
Another shared: ‘Karma will get them hope to see you bounce back as quick as possible from this.’
A third commented: ‘So sorry to hear hopefully they get caught and you are back up and running soon!’
It comes not long after another food business in the capital was set alight, with the act thought to be ‘racially motivated.’
Papi’s Street Food, located on Ballygall Rd, Dublin, has been a favourite among locals with the food truck offering Latin-American style street food.
