The punters of a pub in London were left stunned as a Prime Time Emmy Award winning actor, burst in, pint in hand and singing classic Irish folk music hit, 'The Rattlin Bog'.
The pub goers were stunned as they realised the celebrity in question was The IT Crowd star, Chris O'Dowd, with footage of the incident going viral on social media, which also appeared to feature Irish singer Imelda May.
Taking to Instagram, the London Irish Centre wrote: "I never see you at the club. I never see you at the London Irish Centre, screaming 'The Rattlin' Bog' with Prime Time Emmy Award Winner Chris O'Dowd". (All quotes according to DublinLive).
O'Dowd, who has also earned huge international acclaim for his performance in the film, Bridesmaids as Officer Rhodes, just dropped in to the venue at Camden Square, with the crowd's response speaking volumes, with the atmosphere electric.

The appearance went down quite well online, with several people reacting in the comments' section.
"Looks like a hoot! Did Chris sing the album version or the radio edit?" one person wrote: "He's a legend".
Another added: "The definition of craic!", while another just simply called it: "Amazing".
Another person wrote: "I've never been more jealous".
Along with his performance in The IT Crowd as Roy Trenneman, Chris O'Dowd also starred in Sky 1 series, Moone Boy, as well as winning a Primetime Emmy Award for his role in State of the Union.
Earlier this year, Chris O'Dowd also spoke to Clint Drieberg, about his role in the mystery comedy drama, The Sheep Detectives, where he voiced the character, Mopple The Sheep.
