Radio Nova marked 16 years on air with a spectacular night of live music, entertainment and celebrations at a special listeners’ birthday party at SOHO on D’Olier Street, Dublin on Thursday 24th September.
The event brought together Radio Nova presenters, including PJ Gallagher, Jim McCabe, Marty Miller, Dee Woods and Pat Courtney, alongside listeners, friends and special guests for an unforgettable evening celebrating the station’s 16 years on air.
DJ Dee Woods delivered a special live edition of (Thursday Is The New!) Friday Night 80s, kicking off the celebrations, playing the tunes our listeners love!
The night also featured a live performance from Vikki Martin and the "Nova Know-It-Alls" , with a special performance from STANDBACK – The Stevie Nicks Experience, bringing the iconic sound of Stevie Nicks to end the night.
With live music, dancing, familiar voices from the airwaves and plenty of birthday celebrations, it was a fitting night for Radio Nova to celebrate 16 years of broadcasting and its connection with it's listeners!
