300 jobs are being created by the owners of Supermacs.
The fast-food chain is opening three new restaurants in Wexford, Waterford and Kinnegad in Co. Westmeath with 200 positions available.
The other 100 are at three hotels in Athlone, Limerick and Portlaoise being redeveloped by Pat and Una McDonagh.
Managers, chefs and retail staff are among the roles on offer.
