A teenager's suffered life changing injuries after being stabbed during an attack by up to 20 people in north Dublin. It happened in Artane last night.
The 18 year old was attacked in a laneway that runs between the Thorndale Estate and St David's Sports Grounds at around 8:40.
He was stabbed a number of times - and his injuries are life changing but not life threatening.
A group of up to 20 teenagers from the local area were involved in the assault, and they fled in the direction of Rockfield Park.
Gardai believe footage of what happened may have been posted on social media, and want anyone with footage to come forward.
They're also appealing to anyone who may have seen or heard something to contact them
