As temperatures are set to reach up to 30 degrees, crowds of peopel are headed to Dublin's beaches to enjoy the weather.
Over the weekend, the NFLI were tasked by Dublin Coast Guard following reports of that two teenagers had become trapped by a fast riding tide.
The two teenagers had become cut off by the incoming tide on the popular Dublin beach shortly after 5pm on Sunday.
RNLI is warning beachgoers to be cautious of changing tide conditions before swimming in the sea.
Volunteers Gary Hayes, Dan Phillips and Simon Wall set sail from Dun Laoighre at 5.08pm and made their way to Sandymount Strand. They then located the teenagers stranded on a sandbank parallel to Beach Road.
The crew arrived shortly after and have stated that the two teenagers are safe and well.
Dun Laoghaire RNLI Lifeboat Press Officer Aoife Ward said after the rescue that Sandymount is an incredibly popular beach when the weather is warm, according to The Irish Sun.
Ward warned visitors of Sandymount to not underestimate the tide. She said: "Sandymount Strand on a lovely sunny day is a fabulous natural attraction, but walkers and runners need to be mindful to check local tide times online before setting out. Luckily, the teens were able to call for help with their mobiles, and our volunteer crew got to them in quick time.' Remember, if you see someone in difficulty in the water, contact 911 or 112 and ask for the Coast Guard."
