A Canadian curling team, featuring an Olympic gold medallist, were kicked out of a tournament at the weekend for being "extremely drunk." The quartet reportedly broke brooms and damaged locker rooms at the World Curling Tour event.
A facility manager at the venue stated they were extremely drunk and displayed unacceptable behaviour. The team remain on thin ice, as they have been banned from all future events at the club.
