Video: Steven Adler Plays For The First Time Live Since Stabbing Incident

In The states, on June 27th, local authorities responded to a call shortly after 6:30 p.m. Emergency personnel feared they could be responding to a suicide attempt at Adler’s Studio City, California, home.

At the time, a spokesperson from the LA Fire Department confirmed to People that they were called to the address for a possible stabbing. Emergency services transported one patient to the hospital by ambulance.

Soon after the accident, representatives for the drummer informed TMZ that the stabbing was not a suicide attempt and was simply an accident.

However, it was not specified what caused the accident except to describe it as a “very minor, superficial wound.” It was also stated that Adler had been sober for several years.

Now, fan-filmed footage of Adler’s first performance since the stabbing had been shared. The Vegas concert from ADLER’S APPETITE reveals the drummer to be in fine health.

According to Blabbermouth, the clip was shot on July 12 at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Steven was the drummer for GNR from 1985 to 1990. He was kicked out from the outfit due to his drug addiction.
