Despite his recent retirement from touring, Ozzy Osbourne appears to be showing no signs of slowing down.

The Prince of Darkness has been spotted showcasing his gaming talents to the world, as Playstation launched their own Playstation VR2 virtual reality headset.

“amazing”

The advert itself shows Ozzy’s wife Sharon Osbourne holding a bat plush toy.

She can be seen walking into the sitting room to ask her husband Ozzy if he will help her finish packing the house, before they return to England.

Ozzy suggests to Sharon that the packing can wait, as he would prefer to put on his virtual reality headset, and play the game Horizon Call of the Mountain.

As he prepares to enter this virtual world of make believe, Ozzy tells his wife, “I’m very technical these days”.

The video ends with Ozzy playing the game in an empty room, apart from a chair and TV set.

“Did this spot with the Playstation team,” Ozzy tweeted. “We had a lot of fun. Their new VR2 really is amazing”.

February has been a busy, but rewarding month for Ozzy Osbourne.

The singer also recently appeared in an advert for workplace software company Workday, which aired during the SuperBowl.

A few weeks ago, the singer also scooped up two Grammy Awards for Best Rock Album for ‘Patient Number Nine’, while his track ‘Degradation Rules’ earned the accolade for Best Rock Performance.

In his speech, Ozzy also thanked his collaborators like former Black Sabbath bandmate Tony Iommi, along with his producer Andrew Watt.

“I’m one lucky mother*****r to have won the ‘Best Rock Album’ Grammy”, Osbourne said. “I was blessed to work with some of the greatest musicians in the world and Andrew Watt as my producer on this album”.

The singer also added, “Winning the ‘Best Metal Performance’ was equally gratifying being that the song featured my longtime friend and Black Sabbath bandmate, Tony Iommi”.
