Gardaí are investigating after the bodies of two females were found at a property in Co Tipperary.
The bodies of a woman and a girl, were found at a property along Carrack-on-Suir yesterday afternoon.
While this investigation is at an early stage, Gardaí are examining if these deaths were the result of a tragic medical emergency. It was reported that a relative found the bodies, after they arrived at the property.
Gardaí and emergency services were called to the scene, but the woman and child were pronounced dead.
“Gardaí and emergency services are currently at the scene of an incident in Carrick-on-Suir, Co. Tipperary this afternoon Friday 8th May 2026", the Garda Press Office said in a statement.
