Roe & Co Whiskey is again offering foodies a great reason to head to it’s Dublin 8 distillery, with a new line up of local restaurants taking over Roe & Co’s Summer Garden.

Crudo, recent winner of best casual dining in the 2023 Irish Restaurant Awards, is first up doing the whiskey and food pairing experience until Saturday, 1st July

They are combining traditional Italian cooking with modern flavours and a keen focus on local & sustainable seafood and produce. Having had a taste I have to agree it’s “Italy meets Ireland with aperitivo and antipasti vibes,” and the Goatsbridge trout ‘Nduja and marinated heirloom tomatoes was just delicious!

The pop up marks the start of the Roe & Co Summer Garden 2023, previously known as D-8TE, that has been running for 3 years now.

Taking place on the outdoor patio at the Roe & Co distillery, each pop-up partner has a unique 4 course menu, reimagining their food offerings to pair with Roe & Co cocktails.

Following Crudo, Mexican from Órale’s is on the menu (Thursday, 6th July to Saturday, 29th July) followed by Hakkahan’s modern Chinese (Thursday, 3rd August – Saturday, 26th August).
