Last night, Foo Fighters rocked the stage at Dingle's St James Church.
The band's show at the venue, which was recorded for an Other Voices televised show.
On the night, the band treated the 80 capacity church in Dingle to a 12 song set, which included ‘My Hero’, ‘All My Life’, ‘Learn To Fly’, and ‘Everlong’. This set was kicked off by a live showing of 'A320', a song which was rarely played by the band from the 1998 Godzilla soundtrack.
It had been reported that this show came about after Other Voices' Philip King received a called from the Foo Fighters manager to record and film the show, to which King replied: “You know it only seats around 80 people?”.
This comes after a photo of the band arriving was shared by Kerry Airport on social media.
"We at Kerry Airport were absolutely delighted to welcome Dave Grohl and the rest of the Foo Fighters this weekend as they flew in and out for a quick trip to Dingle", the airport wrote on Instagram. "From the moment they arrived, they were all really sound and unassuming. A fantastic bunch who made it a pleasure for our team to look after them".
"Despite their global fame, they couldn’t have been more down-to-earth, taking the time to chat, smile and show genuine appreciation for the warm Kerry welcome", they added. "It was a real privilege to play a small part in their visit, and we hope to see them back in the Kingdom again soon".
