Liam Gallagher has branded Coachella a “pathetic festival”.

The former Oasis singer made this comments via Twitter, after a fan had suggested that he should headline the festival, and show headliner Frank Ocean “how its done”.

After it was also pointed out to Gallagher that he had previously headlined the festival back in 2002, the singer issued this response, “Never wouldn’t catch me at an establishment like that”.

Gallagher did appear at the festival with Oasis alongside Bjork in 2002.

Liam Gallagher Talks Performing With Brother Noel

Last month, Liam Gallagher shared what he has missed about performing with his brother and former Oasis bandmate Noel.

The pair have been at loggerheads for almost twenty years, following Oasis’ split in 2009.

Once again taking to Twitter, Liam Gallagher told his followers that he misses “Showing him how to sing with passion and verve”, when asked by a fan. Find out more here.

Earlier this week, it emerged that Noel Gallagher used to take advantage of his brother’s fear of ghosts, by moving the furniture of the Oasis recording studio around, and tricking the singer into believing that the place was haunted.

Noel revealed this during an interview with The Mirror back in 2016.

“We convinced him his bedroom was haunted, so when he’d get up in the morning and go and have his breakfast, someone would go in and turn the pictures back to front, or f*****g move a lamp beside his bed across the other side of the room”, Noel explained.

He added, “He’d arrive pale: ‘Have you been in my f*****g room?’ ‘No, why?’ ‘You’ve been in my room, because now the f*****g lamp is in the toilet.’ ‘No way, f*****g hell. Wow. Yeah, that was amusing. That was worth it”.
