Helping us get back into our healthy routine, their new package includes a two-night stay in a deluxe room with energizing protein balls on arrival.

Moreover, breakfast each morning will be served with a fresh juice or smoothie, designed to refuel the body before engaging in a ‘health review’ with a dedicated personal trainer from none other than the River Lee’s onsite gym.

They’ll even review your weight, BMI, blood pressure and body fat percentage before helping you plan and assess your fitness goals for the year ahead while also going through the use of each machine in the gym (don’t pretend you have it all down – worst mistake).

And if the gym isn’t for you, they also have some fabulous walking and running routes so you really have no excuses.

The stay will surely recharge the batteries after a busy Christmas season, providing you with valuable health information and helping you to relax.
