The indie-rock band will play at the  Olympia Theatre on Tuesday, February 19th and Belfast’s Limelight On Wednesday February 20th next year.

The tour date announcement follows the release of Razorlight’s first album in ten years last month. Hot Press gave the record a score of 8/10 siting Olympus Sleeping as a ‘Superb comeback from Johnny Borrell and Co.’

You can listen to the album here.

For Olympus Sleeping, Johnny worked closely with guitarist David Ellis, and the band were joined on drums by Martin Chambers of The Pretenders. The album features the electric energy of the first album, the pop-rock craftsmanship of the second and the lyrical ambition of the third.

The band’s UK tour for this December is sold out, so all eyes are now set on Ireland for February, tickets are not expected to last too long.
