This news comes just days after Stewart had confirmed that he would reunite with his former Faces bandmate Ronnie Wood ahead of his upcoming slot at Glastonbury.

Performing at the venue on June 29, Stewart will reunite with his former Faces bandmate at the festival's Legends Slot.

Faces were formed in 1969, before splitting in 1975, saw Stewart and Wood play alongside bassist Ronnie Lane, drummer Kenney Jones and keyboard player Ian McLagan. More on this from Nova here.
