The ‘start off your new year right’ campaign has taken off on Twitter, with people stating the exact time you should start listening to certain songs on New Year’s Eve, in order to hear a significant point of the song at exactly midnight.
And now the legend that is Phil Collins has joined in the fun.
If you play 'In The Air Tonight’ by Phil Collins on December 31st at 11:56:40 the drum break will play right as the clock strikes midnight. Start off your new year right.

The brilliant track, which, if you don’t recognise from Phil himself, was made famous all over again when it was used in that iconic Cadbury Dairy Milk ad with the Gorilla.
‘Ahhhhh that one!’ We hear you say.
Well now you can do your best gorilla impression to welcome in the new year, thanks to Phil himself. Nothing like a bit of self-promotion we say.
Speaking of self promotion…
