Irish rock band The Coronas have just confirmed they’ll be back in Dublin this Christmas with four shows at the 3Olympia Theatre on December 10, 11, 12, and 13, 2025. These annual Christmas performances have become a cherished tradition for fans, famous for their sing-along anthems, festive atmosphere, and unforgettable live energy.
Lead singer Danny O’Reilly said, “The 3Olympia Theatre is more than just a special venue to us — it’s now part of what The Coronas are all about. Every Christmas, old friends and families come together to sing their hearts out and share the craic. We just feel honoured to be invited along to the party each year!” He also added, “We’re buzzing to announce our biggest ever indoor show there, at The Telegraph Building on December 19th.”
Over the past year, The Coronas have strengthened their reputation at home and abroad. Their last four albums have all reached Number 1 in the Irish charts, and they’ve played to more than 87,000 fans worldwide, including sold-out tours in the UK, North America, and Australia. Their eighth studio album, Thoughts & Observations (released September 2024), is considered deeply personal and powerful, earning praise for its emotional honesty and melodic strength.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, September 26, through Ticketmaster. For those who missed out on Dublin dates, there’s one more show on December 28, 2025, at the INEC in Killarney.
If you’ve been waiting for The Coronas’ return — this is it. Whether you want to relive their classics or hear the new songs live, the 3Olympia shows this December look set to be something special.
