Exclusive: Photo Reveals Further Proof Of A New AC/DC Album!

AC/DC have shared a live performance clip of the title track to “Highway To Hell” from a 1979 Dutch television show.

The vintage footage comes as a celebration of the 40th anniversary of the classic album.

According to Antimusic, the performance was shot live at the Rijnhal arena in Arnhem, Holland just two weeks ahead of the classic album that was released in the summer of 1979.

This was frontman Bon Scott’s final album with the rockers before his passing in 1980, “Highway To Hell” signalled the band’s commercial breakthrough after years of life on the road.

This would pave the way for 1980’s “Back In Black” which was dedicated to Scott and introduced new lead singer Brian Johnson. That release would go on to become one of the biggest-selling albums in music history.

This footage comes after AC/DC’s return to social media this past week for the first time in two years.

There’s growing rumours the band are preparing to announce plans for a world tour that may include the return of Johnson, retired bassist Cliff Williams and drummer Phil Rudd to the lineup.
