Pulp have delivered an orchestral cover of ABBA's 'The Day Before You Came'.
The band performed and orchestral version of the track as part of a live recording session in BBC Radio 2's Piano Room, which took place London's Maida Vale Studios, alongside the BBC Concert Orchestra.
They also performed new arrangements of 'Something Changed' from their 1995 hit, 'Different Class', as well as 'Hymn Of The North' from their latest album, 'More'.
Jarvis Cocker and co then delivered a clover of ABBA'S 1982 track, 'The Day Before You Came'.
“This is gonna be quite dangerous for me, because this song that we’re covering is a song that can make me cry,” ,Cocker said. “Sometimes you get a song [that] you can’t really analyse why it’s making you cry, but it does".
“So I hope I don’t do that in the middle of it. If I do, I apologise to everybody".
He continued: “When they said we had to do a cover, that was the first one that came into my mind. So I thought, ‘OK, let’s do it’. I’ve got some tissues, just in case".

Previously, Jarvis Cocker had hinted that new music from Pulp could be in the works.
In a recent chat, Cocker said that the band have reflected on the positive response they have received to their recent LP, adding that they may start writing new songs when they finish their tour dates next year.
Banks' remarks were echoed by Cocker, which hinted that new music was a strong possibility.
“We have a few months off at the start of the year and I am going to think about it then,” he said. “Everybody’s enjoyed it as far as I can tell, so we might write some more songs, who knows?". More on this from Nova here.
