In other news, Jagger revealed that he hopes The Rolling Stones will be able to tour next year. The iconic rock band are set to release their 25th studio album on the 10th of July.

In a recent appearance on Sunday Today in the US, Jagger said that a tour for this year is off the cards, however he hopes that they will be on the road next year to support their upcoming album.

"I’d love to, I really want to. And, I’m ready to go. I don’t think we’re gonna do shows this year, but hopefully we’ll do shows next year," Jagger said on the television show. The rockstar explained that their upcoming album has a lot of different styles and they created the album with hopes that there is something for everyone. "You hope that every track has got something for everyone. That’s why you’ve got, you know, 14 tracks," he said.

Despite being one of the most iconc and influential rock and roll frontmen, Jagger said in the interview that he still gets nervous releasing new music. “You spend a lot of time [on the album] and it’s your baby,” he said. “You want [people] to take notice of what you’ve done," he explained.
