AC/DC To Be Inducted Into The Age Music Victoria Hall of Fame Later This Year

Legendary Australian rock band AC/DC are to be inducted into the Age Music Victoria Hall of Fame on November 2oth this year. They will be among ten other acts who will be inducted into the Hall of Fame at a special concert in Victoria, Australia.

The concert will be headlined by English born-Australian pop singer John Farnham, who will also be inducted. Other inductees include Olivia Newton-John, The Seekers and The Thunderbirds.

The band will be in Melbourne in November and guitarist Angus Young recently spoke about AC/DC's history in the city. Young said that the place still has significance for them and how it's where they made their last album Rock or Bust  "Victoria has a special place in our heart especially in the early years and most recently when we recorded our new album there".

Young was delighted to be inducted into the hall of fame saying "Thanks your for the induction into the Age Music Victoria Hall of Fame, it's an honour". The full list of inductees into the hall of fame are down below.
