Dublin city centre is set to come alive tomorrow evening as Dublin By Night Fest returns, bringing a night of free entertainment, live music and family-friendly activities to the capital.
Taking place on Saturday, November 7, the festival will run from 6pm to 10pm, with four city-centre streets set to host a packed programme of events. Dame Street, College Green, Parliament Street and Capel Street will all be transformed for the occasion.
Building on the success of last year's festival, which attracted more than 80,000 visitors, organisers are hoping to make this year's edition the biggest yet.
More than 30 city-centre businesses are taking part, with visitors promised an evening of live music, DJs, pop-up performances, interactive experiences and cooking demonstrations.
The event is designed to be enjoyed by all ages, with free activities celebrating Dublin's food, culture, entertainment and independent businesses.

Dublin's Lord Mayor, Daryl Barron, said the festival was about celebrating the city's atmosphere and creativity.
"Whether you're heading in for music, culture, food, shopping or simply to soak up the atmosphere, there will be something happening around every corner. I'd invite anyone to come into the city and experience this event for themselves," he said.
Clyde Carroll, CEO of DublinTown, said the festival was an opportunity to showcase everything the capital has to offer, from its entertainment and food scene to its shopping and lifestyle experiences.
The festival is organised by DublinTown in partnership with Dublin City Council and Fáilte Ireland, with support from An Garda Síochána.

It also celebrates Dublin retaining its Purple Flag accreditation, an international recognition awarded to towns and cities that provide a safe, welcoming and diverse night-time economy.
The capital has held the accreditation every year since 2013 and is among around 80 European cities to have achieved the status. The scheme recognises destinations that offer more than traditional nightlife, encouraging a mix of cultural, social and family-friendly activities.
Dublin By Night Fest will also officially launch the Winter in Dublin campaign, which will run until the end of January 2027, bringing a programme of seasonal events and activities to the city over the coming months.
With last year's event attracting tens of thousands of people, organisers are encouraging residents and visitors to head into the capital tomorrow evening and enjoy the free festivities.
