Nicolas Cage has revealed that he does not expect to work with Amazon again after an alleged dispute over the use of artificial intelligence during the production of Spider-Noir.
Speaking at New York Comic Con, the Oscar-winning actor said he refused to sign a waiver that would have allowed AI to be used in connection with the Prime Video series.

He told the audience that he declined to sign the waiver for Spider-Noir and suggested that decision could mean he will not work with the studio in the future.
The comments come shortly after Amazon canceled Spider-Noir after just one season, despite the series earning 11 Emmy nominations and attracting strong viewership numbers.

The cancellation surprised many, as the show had reportedly performed well with both critics and audiences.
