Radio Nova will join radio stations across Ireland on Thursday September 24th for a special day of broadcasting celebrating diversity, inclusion and the many different voices that make up our communities.
One Day, Many Voices will bring together 23 independent radio stations from across the country, putting people and stories that may not always be heard on the airwaves at the centre of their programming.

The national initiative has been developed by Learning Waves and is supported through Coimisiún na Meán’s Sound & Vision scheme, with funding from the Television Licence Fee.
Throughout the day, Radio Nova will give a platform to people from different backgrounds and communities, allowing them to share their experiences and tell their stories in their own words.
Listeners will hear from people living with disabilities, members of the migrant community, people with Down syndrome and others whose experiences can offer different perspectives on life in Ireland today.
The initiative aims to celebrate the diversity within Irish communities while also opening up conversations around identity, accessibility, culture, belonging and inclusion.
It will also highlight some of the barriers that people continue to face in everyday life.
