Download metal festival, which happens between June 14-16 at Donington Park in Leicestershire will see Def Leppard, Tool and Slipknot top the bill.
This will be Def Leppard’s only UK appearance of 2019 at the festival, the band are set to play their 1987 record Hysteria in full. Seventeen other acts have also been announced for the heavy rock festival, Whitesnake, as well as Slash, who will perform with Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators, are confirmed.
Other acts include, Rob Zombie, Trivium, Amon Amarth, Carcass, Delain, Die Antwoord, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, Opeth, Power Trip, Reel Big Fish, Skindred, Starset, Tesla, The Amity Affliction and Underoath will all appear at the festival.
Download has been growing a strong community of loyal followers since 2003. Last summer Guns N’ Roses, Ozzy Osbourne and Avenged Sevenfold all rocked the bill as headliners.
