For the first time in 15 years, Stevie Nicks delivered a live performance of classic Fleetwood Mac track, 'Don't Stop'.
The track, which was normally sung by Nick's former bandmates, Lindsey Buckingham and Christine McVie, was performed by Nicks live at New Orleans' Jazz Fest last Saturday. The last time she played this song was at one of her solo shows in 2011.
While on stage, Nicks told the audience that it was a song she and her band had not played in a long time, mentioning: “It feels like a good time to do it.” She added, “It’s a happy song, it has a lot of hope".
Earlier this month, Stevie Nicks' bandmate Lindsey Buckingham was on the receiving end of an attack from a woman, who has been accused of stalking him.
The former Fleetwood Mac guitarist was attacked by a woman, who threw a powdery substance at him in Los Angeles last week. Buckingham was walking into a building when the alleged attack took place.
Following this, a woman named Michelle Dick, who has a record for stalking and harassing Buckingham had previously claimed that she was his daughter. Buckingham had previously filed for a restraining order against Dick back in December 2024.
"One time, that was last year. But I didn't know I had a restraining order on me. He wasn't a father to me, but he's my birth father", she told a local station, KTLA.
Previously, Buckingham had said when applying for this restraining order: "I am afraid her conduct may escalate into something physically dangerous to me and my family".
Buckingham shared more details on when this alleged harassment began, including an incident in 2021, when Dick got "a hold of my wife Kristen's business cell phone number and called the number dozens of times a day sometimes, leaving long drawn-out messages that included the claim that she was my child and threats to kill me and my family".
He added: "She also blamed me for facial deformities she apparently suffered as a child and demanded money. I do not know Ms Dick and I am not her father".
