Metallica paid tribute to the city of Manchester by playing a cover of The Stone Roses‘ ‘I Wanna Be Adored’. That was during their show at the Etihad Stadium.
The metal legends were at the stadium on Tuesday night and guitarist Kirk Hammett and bassist Rob Trujillo performed the track with Trujillo having a go at Ian Brown’s vocals.
